General questions and support

Email hello@viewfore.com and we will get back to you, usually within a couple of days. This is the best address for help with your account, a saved or shared tree, or anything about how Viewfore works.

Privacy questions

For anything about your data or our Privacy Policy, email hello@viewfore.com and tell us it is a privacy request. You can delete any saved or shared tree from your account page, and close your account from its Profile tab, at any time.

Report a shared tree

If a public tree someone shared contains your information, infringes your rights, or is otherwise harmful, the quickest way is the Report link at the top of that shared tree. You can also email hello@viewfore.com with the link to the shared tree and a short note about the problem.

Billing

You can manage or cancel a subscription, extend a 30-day share, and find your invoices from the Billing tab of your account. If you have a billing question those pages do not answer, email hello@viewfore.com.
