Email hello@viewfore.com and we will get back to you. This is the best address for help with your account, a saved or shared tree, or anything about how viewfore works.

Privacy questions

For anything about your data or our Privacy Policy, email hello@viewfore.com and tell us it is a privacy request. You can delete any saved or shared tree, or close your account, from your account page at any time.

Report a shared tree

If a public tree someone shared contains your information, infringes your rights, or is otherwise harmful, let us know at hello@viewfore.com. Please include the link to the shared tree and a short note about the problem so we can look into it quickly.

Billing

You can manage or cancel a subscription from your account. If you have a billing question a payment receipt does not answer, email hello@viewfore.com.
